Besides, guests are required to pay a security deposit before booking. For damages costing below a specified amount, we’ll handle the repairs without bothering you. Our team inspects for damages after every guest checks out.
We offer a dedicated owner’s portal where you can monitor your property’s performance, view earnings, access documents, and check the booking calendar anytime, anywhere. You’ll receive payment following each booking, while our management fee is deducted monthly on the 1st.
